ISO: Chico's Tacos Question

Misc.
I never heard of Chico's Tacos until I saw it on Food Network and became very interested!! they looked so tasty! and these recipes sounds good as well. Is the red sauce or the green sauce piured over the rolled tacos? What I saw appeared to be red sauce but on this sight I see recipes for green sauce as well? I loved green sauce and I'm going to try them but would like to know how the originals are made.If I ever get to El Paso,I'm goin gto try them, you all make them sound sooo good!!
