Recipe: Possible ingredients for Hard Rock Cafe Twisted Mac-n-Cheese

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
I was told by a waiter that the twisted mac-n-cheese contained alfredo sauce and wing sauce. I have no idea of the proportions but am going to try and make up my own recipe. I will post if it is any good!
