ISO: Hard Rock Cafe - Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese

When passing through San Antonio, we stopped to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. My daughter LOVED the Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese and I would like to be able to cook it for her. I could probably attempt something similar; but, thought someone out there may have the recipe. Thanks from Way Out West Texas....(formerly an ole Louisiana gal).
