Recipe: Pepe's Chili Con Queso (similar recipe, corrected recipe)

RECIPE SIMILAR TO PEPE'S CHILI CON QUESO

"I have made up a recipe that my husband says is very close to Pepe's chili con queso. This makes kind of a big batch, but what I do is make the whole thing, and then I can re-heat for the next day or later. Here is my simple and easy recipe."

1 (10 oz) can La Preferida Enchilada Sauce (mild)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (any brand, even generic)
1 to 2 tsp. salt (I do 1 at a time and season from there)
1 or 2 (12 oz pkg) quesadilla melting cheese (I use La Mas Rica), cut into small or medium-size chunks
1 or 2 dashes hot sauce (to taste)

Put all ingredients in a fondue or small crock pot on low to medium. (You can also add a dash or two of hot sauce to taste.)

Serve with chips or like at Pepe's you can serve with warmed tortilla's.

We think it is real close to Pepe's recipe!!!
