ISO: Carrot Cake like Oregon Farms or Sara Lee

I tried the recipe that Halyna reported to be close to Oregon Farms or Sara Lee's, I made it and I was very disappointed, it was not close at all, although it was "ok". Back to the hunt to copycat Oregon Farms. Have a great day to all. Lets keep cooking!

I owe Halyna a apology about my last posting on her recipe. I tried it when it was still hot. I frosted it and put it in the fridge, let it sit overnight...Oh my...excellent! The best recipe I have ever tried for carrot cake. YUM,YUM,YUM,YUM,YUMMY!!!!!
