S'MORES PIE
2 pints chocolate, vanilla or coffee ice cream, softened
3 1/2 oz. milk chocolate, such as Hershey's, broken into 1/2 -inch squares
1 prepared graham-cracker crust
FOR SERVING:
1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff
Your favorite hot fudge sauce
2 whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed
Combine the ice cream and chocolate in a large mixing bowl and mash the ice cream with the back of a wooden spoon until the chocolate pieces and ice cream are well combined.
Turn the ice cream mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with the back of a spoon. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze it until the filling is completely set, at least 3 hours and up to 1 week.
JUST BEFORE SERVING:

Place slices of the pie on dessert plates. Drizzle each slice with hot fudge sauce and garnish each slice with a sprinkling of crumbled graham crackers.
