ISO: Tapioca cookies (Kuek Bang Quok)

Misc.
Has anyone a recipe for this cookie which I think is made of tapioca flour, coconut cream and sugar. It is traditionally eaten and given as a gift during the chinese new year. It is white in colour and melts in your mouth.
Would appreciate a recipe if anyone has it.

Thanks.
