Recipe: Spicy Honey Chicken Drumettes (baked)

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
12 chicken drumettes
Purchased blue cheese salad dressing (optional, for serving)
In 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, hot pepper sauce, ginger and dry mustard; mix well. Add drumettes; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Uncover dish. Bake chicken in marinade at 375 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink next to bone, brushing with marinade occasionally.
If desired, serve these drumettes with purchased blue cheese salad dressing.
MAKE-AHEAD TIP:
You can prepare and bake these drumettes up to 24 hours ahead of time. Cover them with foil and refrigerate. To reheat them, place the covered pan in the oven at 350 degrees F or 20 to 25 minutes or until the drumettes are hot.
