ISO: Is this safe to can? West African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup

Misc.
Is this safe to pressure can? I realize that pureed sweet potatoes are too thick to can safely, but what about this soup that has chicken broth and water? The soup is pretty liquid:

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 minced med. onion
1 tsp brown sugar
salt
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
3 Tbsp peanut butter

The onions, brown sugar and 1 tsp salt are cooked in the butter first, then other ingredients are added, cooked for 30 min, then pureed.

I would assume that one would pressure can, timing it for the ingredient which requires the longest amount of time. Any thoughts?
