VELVEETA CHEESY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI MACARONI
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 pounds), cut into chunks
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 pound (12 ounces) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed*
Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add prepared cheese product and broccoli; stir until prepared cheese product is melted.
*To use fresh broccoli, substitute 2 cups fresh broccoli florwerets for the frozen chopped broccoli. Add with the macaroni. If you prefer, use 1 (16 ounce) package of your family's favorite frozen vegetable blend (such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot), thawed, in place of the broccoli.
