Recipe: Easy Tuna Lunch

EASY TUNA LUNCH

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (Albacore), drained
4 oz. Neufchatel (lowfat cream cheese)

Mix tuna with Neufchatel.

Serve on whole wheat toast or toasted English muffin
