ISO: Bumpy Cake using Splenda

Misc.
My wife is alergic to Sugar and used to love Bumpy Cake prior to the alergy. She can however use "Splenda". Is there a way to make this Bumpy Cake using "Splenda" instead of sugar and if so how do you substitute the powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk. P

Thank You
