Recipe: Alaskian Sheet Cake

Alaskian Sheet Cake

2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
2 cups flour + 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup buttermilk (You can use 1/2 cup regular milk and add 1 tbsp. vinegar to make it sour)
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil oleo and water Mix sugar, flour and salt in small bowl and add to ole and water. Beat eggs, buttermilk, soda, and vanilla. Add this to your mixture. Pour into greased jelly roll pan 11x15. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
