Screwball Cake
From: Wendy.Ohio

3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/ cup cocoa
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups cold water

In a large mixing bowl.
Blend ingredients.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
