Recipe: Chocolate Syrup

Chocolate Syrup

Here's the Miserly Mom's chocolate syrup recipe. (I love it, it's just as good as Hershey's.)

1 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook over medium heat, bringing it to a boil. Keep boiling until thick, stirring so it doesn't overflow.
