CRISPY MARSHMALLOW EGGS
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
food coloring, any color
6 cups crisp rice cereal
Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring as desired.
Aee cereal; mix well.
Spray hands with cooking spray. Working quickly, shape cereal mixture into 18 oval shapes to resemble eggs. Cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container, or individually wrapped in colorful plastic wrap, at room temperature.
Makes: 18 servings, 1 egg each
