Recipe(tried): Strawberry Pastries with Lemon Cream

STRAWBERRY PASTRIES WITH LEMON CREAM

4 frozen puff pastry shells
3/4 t. lemon zest, grated
2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 T. plus 1 t. lemon juice
3 t. honey
4 c. strawberries, hulled and halved

Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Blend next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Just before serving, spoon strawberries into baked puff pastry shells. Top with lemon cream.
