Recipe(tried): Sour Cream Beefburgers

Sandwiches
SOUR CREAM BEEFBURGERS

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs.

Mix together the first 5 ingredients, then add the cornflakes or bread crumbs. Form into patties.

Broil for 5 minutes; turn; broil 3 more minutes.

Makes 10-12 burgers
