Recipe(tried): Sofrito Chili

Main Dishes - Chilis, Stews
I use sofrito in my chili and everyone raves about it. They can't figure out what is so different.

I saw a crockpot recipe for 4 chicken breasts, a jar of salsa, and sour cream - sofrita would great in this.
