Here are a few of the "goodies" that we will be serving on Sunday! GO FALCONS!!


SPINACH BALLS

4 10oz. packages chopped spinach
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
2 large onions, chopped
8 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups melted butter
1 tablespoon thyme
2 garlic cloves minced
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach and drain. Squeeze out liquid. Add remaining ingredients nd mix well. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.



PRETZEL SALAD

1 cup crushed pretzel
1 stick of margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Mixed crushed pretzels,margarine and 1/4 cup sugar. Pat into 8 x 12 inch dish.

1/2 cup sugar
1 8oz. carton Cool Whip
1 8oz. package cream cheese

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then blend Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture. Spread on top of pretzel layer. Chill while preparing next layer.

1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple, well drained

Mix juice from pineapple, cornstarch, and 1/2 cup sugar. Cook until mixture is clear. Cool. Add Pineapple. Mix well. Spread on top of other two layers.

Different and Delicious!!!
