Cyndi- if you are in a hurry and still want to dry your herb-just put them on a paper plate and put on a table that is out of the way and let them on their own-THey will be dry in about a week. You can then just crush them and put in a jar(small jars can be had for only a dollar at Linen and Things) Have fun. mimi
