Recipe: 1-2-3-4-5 Citrus Bread (3 ingredients, using 7-up and OJ concentrate)
Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads1-2-3-4-5 CITRUS BREAD
2 ounces 7-up
1/2 cup orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
3 cups self-rising flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf
