Recipe: Honey Raisin Bran Muffins (from Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal box)

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup honey
2 egg whites
1/4 cup vegetable oil
In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine Raisin Bran with milk and honey. Let soak for a couple of minutes. Add egg whites and oil. Beat well.
Add flour mixture to Raisin Bran mixture. Mix until just combined. Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins.
Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 12 muffins.
