7 GRAIN CORN MUFFINS
Mix in blender until very smooth:
2 cups cooked Arrowhead Mills 7 Grain Cereal
2 cups water
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. Arrowhead Mills Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Instant Oatmeal (original)
Mix in with a spoon:
2 cups Arrowhead Mills Yellow Cornmeal
Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.
