Recipe: 7-Layer Mexican Dip

7-Layer Mexican Dip



1 package (8-ounce) fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup canned black beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives


1. Mix cream cheese and seasoning mix. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
2. Layer black beans, salsa, lettuce, cheese, onions and olives over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips
