Recipe: All Day Beans (using coffee, pineapple, and bourbon) (crock pot)

Side Dishes - Beans
ALL DAY BEANS

2 (16-oz.) cans Bush's Original baked beans
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
2 tablespoons molasses (country style)
1/4 cup strong coffee
1 (16-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours. Steam off excess liquid during the last hour by leaving off lid.
