Recipe(tried): Almond Poppyseed Muffins by Betty Hahn

Betty Hahn's recipe for almond poppyseed muffins is the BEST!! We have made it over and over again and it is always a favorite. I wanted to pass along something. I only use 1 cup of oil and they come out great. I have even tried only 3/4 cups of oil and it's O.K.. I find one cup is the best though. Thank you so much Betty!
