CORN BREAD
1 heaping cup self rising corn meal
3/4 cup self rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup or more milk or buttermilk
In a large bowl, mix cornmeal and flour. Make a well in center and add eggs and milk. Mix together. If mixture is too dry add a little more milk. Pour into greased pan or muffin tins.
Bake until set (approximately 20 minutes for pan, 15 minutes for muffins).
