Desserts - Puddings, GelatinALMOST-INSTANT VANILLA SILK
"This rich custard lives up to its name. It really can be made in minutes. Garnish with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings for an elegant presentation."

1 (11 ounce) bag vanilla milk chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
OPTIONAL GARNISHES:
Fresh berries, or chocolate shavings, or chocolate sauce

While cream is heating, combine vanilla chips and butter in a blender jar. Pour hot cream into blender jar all at once. Cover and process at low speed until chips melt and mixture is smooth, 30 to 45 seconds. Add vanilla; cover and process 2 seconds to combine.
Pour mixture into 6 small cups or ramekins. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 2 hours, then cover with foil and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Garnish as desired.
