Recipe(tried): Another Microwave Potato Wrap

Side Dishes - Potatoes
Instead of using a produce bag, we've always washed our potatoes, punctured a few times, wrapped with saran wrap, punctured the saran wrap, and cooked in microwave. Approx. 7-8 minutes for one potato.

If cooking 4, it's usually 10 minutes -- then test for softness. Comes out wonderful!!!
