Recipe: Apricot Meringue Bars - 7 recipes (3 layers)

Hello! Here are a few recipes for you to check out. We'll keep looking for the exact recipe but if it doesn't turn up maybe you can experiment by substituting the apricot filling in the first or second recipes for the jam in the others. Happy Baking! - Betsy

This recipe uses a cooked apricot filling but doesn't have a meringue topping:
Apricot Bars with Date and Cranberry Variations (Betty Crocker)

Two more cooked fillings:
Apricot Filling - 2 recipes (one using dried apricots, one using canned)

These recipes have the layers and a meringue topping but use apricot jam:
