Recipe(tried): Asian Salad (using Ramen and Bok Choy)

Salads - Assorted
ASIAN SALAD

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Combine.

Crunchies:
2 packets Ramen noodles, crushed (discard seasoning packet)
1/4 cup sesame seed
1 small packet slivered almonds (1/2 cup)
Saute in 1/4 cup butter until golden.

Salad:
1 bunch bok choy (chop green,sliver white)
5 green onions, sliced

At the last minute, combine salad and crunchies. Pour on enough dressing to coat.
