Recipe(tried): Baked Italian Sausage

The recipes all sound great! Instead of frying or grilling the sausages
try baking them. Put them in an ovenproof dish and pour red wine or water
to come up about 1/2", cover (you can use aluminum foil if your dish or
casserole does not have a cover). Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, remove the
cover, prick the sausages and bake them another 15 minutes, uncovered.
If you wish, you can turn the broiler on for 3-4 minutes at the end of
the cooking period.
