BAKED TURKEY HASH
2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
2 cups finely chopped raw potatoes
3/4 cup finely chopped or ground onion
1/2 cup turkey broth or water
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
ground black pepper (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a shallow greased baking dish or pan. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F (moderate oven) about 1 hour, removing cover during last half hour for browning.
Makes 4 servings
