**This cake won first place in the '94 contest issue of "Reminisce" magazine. I promise your family will ask for it over and over.
BANANA'S N' CREAM BUNDT CAKE
2 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup soft butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a Bundt pan
Mix first 3 ingredients together well; set aside.
In medium mixer bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add bananas; mix well. Alternatively add flour mixture and sour cream, mixing only until blended. Fold in walnuts. Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool, invert onto cake plate and dust with powdered sugar.
