Hi there!
I think I am a bit late in my reply 2 u but this is one way that my mom used to follow whenever she cooked beans. Add a teaspoon or two of cumin to the beans as they cook and if u don't mind the taste a pinch of the stuff before you serve the dish.It has always helped to minimize the after effect of beans in our house!
