Hi Anne,

I talked with a friend of mine who is an amateur nutritionist and he suggested that you might want to try the following since nothing else is working.

He says there is a protein in beans that does not break down during digestion and that could be part of your problem. He suggests that you try eating a tablespoon of beans each day for a week. If you tolerate that, then go for 2 tablespoons a day for a couple of weeks, being sure to rotate what kind of bean you are eating from one day to the next. If you tolerate that, then go for 3 tablespoons a day for a couple of weeks. He also said that it is extremely important that you chew them very, very well as it will help to break down that protein.
