The way I make a Hot Toddie or Tottie, is half cup Whiskey, 2 or 3 tablespoons honey and jucie from half lemon. It is designed to break fever. once you have mixed the ingredients, heat to as hot as you can drink it comfortably. You must drink the entire protion as quickly as posible, then laydown and cover up from head to toe. This will cause you to sweat all the poison from your body. Not a comfortable salution, but the best there is. Great for colds and flu
