BECHAMEL SAUCE IN BLENDER
1 cup milk
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of ground black pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1/4 cup margarine
Blend together milk, broth, flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in blender.
Pour mixture into saucepan and add margarine. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick and smooth.
Makes 2 1/4 cups
