Recipe: Beer Muffins

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
Beer Muffins:
Makes 12 muffins

3 c.all purpose flour
1 Tbls.baking powder
1 Tbls.sugar
1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.baking soda
2 eggs,beaten
1/3 c.veg.oil
1 12-oz.can beer

Combine flour,baking powder,sugar,salt & soda in a mixing bowl.Add eggs,oil & beer,stir to mix,but Do Not beat.

Spoon into a well greased 2&3/4 inch muffin tins.Bake in a 350 degree F.oven for 25-30 minutes.
