Appetizers and SnacksBEST Cottage Cheese Dip
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (reg. or low-fat)
2 to 3 chopped green onions
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together until smooth with electric mixer. Add a little milk if needed for a good "dip" consistency. Let refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving with chips or veggies. ENJOY!
