Recipe: Bisquick Impossible Pie (in a jar?)

Misc.
Hi Fran,

How about putting the dry ingredients to an impossible pie recipe in a jar with instructions to add the 'wet' ingredients?

2 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean..about 50 to 55 minutes. Cool before cutting.
