Recipe: Blue Cheese Ball

Appetizers and Snacks
BLUE CHEESE BALL

1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
5 oz bleu cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. very finely chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. very finely chopped pimento
1/2 tsp garlic powder
TO SERVE:
optional garnish: chopped parsley, chopped nuts, or paprika

Mix all ingredients together well.

Shape into ball and refrigerate until chilled before serving.

TO SERVE:
If desired, roll in chopped parsley, chopped nuts, or paprika before serving.
