BLUEBERRY AMBROSIA
1 cup blueberries
1 cup peeled peaches, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup crushed pineapple, very well-drained
1 cup grapes, halved
2 cups diced marshmallows
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Extra fruit for garnish (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure that all the fruit has been dried after being washed and drained of excess juices -otherwise this dessert will come out soupy.
Let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
To serve, transfer to glass serving bowl or dish if desired and garnish top with extra pieces of fruit.
Makes 6 servings
