3 TABLESPOONS OF CAJUN SEASONING
BUY ANY BRAND OF CAJUN SEASONING
2 CUPS OF LONG GRAIN RICE
1CUP OF CHICKEN BROTH OR 1 BUILLON CUBE TO ONE CUP WATER.
1/2 STICK BUTTER

CHOP GIZZARDS SMALL, FRY IN A LITTLE BUTTER 2 TAB SPOON
ADD RICE AND BROWN A LITTLE
ADD BROTH AND SEASONING LET SIMMER FOR ATLEAST 20 MIN UNTIL WATER EVAPORATES.

LEAVE RICE STANDING COVER FOR 10 MIN. FLUFF WITH FORK. YUM
