Fran: here is my version of Braciolle.....You can use flank or round steak, pounded very thin. Cover steak with dried oregano, mint (ground) cloves of garlic that have been diced finely Parmesan cheese hand grated. Then roll tightly and tie with kitchen string. I cook this in my sauce slowly about 4 hours. you can slice this thinly and serve with your pasta.
