1 (11 ounce) package pie crust mix
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1'/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 ounces)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup College Inn Chicken Broth
3/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
5 eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Prepare pie crust mix according to package directions; roll out on floured surface to 16x11-inch rectangle. Arrange on bottom of ungreased 15 1/2x 10 1/2x1-inch baking pan, trimming to fit.
Combine broccoli, cheese and flour; arrange evenly over pastry. Blend chicken broth, cream, eggs and mustard; pour evenly over broccoli mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
To serve, cut into squares. Garnish as desired.
