Hi Cindy. I have made bowls using a toast and sandwich loaf recipe from 3 different bags of bread flour. I make up on the dough cycle in my bread machine and use pyrex soup bowls (about 4" in dia.) sprayed with Pam to pat the dough over to about 3/8" thick. Raise for 40 minutes and bake in an oven heated to 400; reduced to 375 when you bake. Beat an egg and brush it on just before you bake to make a tougher crust so soup won't leak. Start watching about 25 minutes and bake till they are what you want for crust color.
