Recipe(tried): Bread Crumb Wheatfree Substitute

Hi Ron,

I cook for various clients and one has a wheat allergy. I found brown rice crumbs at Whole Foods. They are textured just like plain, dry breadcrumbs and you could add seasoning if you needed something like Italian seasoned breadcrumbs.
