Recipe: Sweet Potato Un-fries

SWEET POTATO UN-FRIES

4 sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt

Preheat oven to broiler setting.

Cut each potato in half, then into French-fry-shaped strips or wedges along the length of the potato. Put potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and mix with your hands to coat.

Broil for about 10 minutes, until fries are lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings
